For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals to unlock their full physical potential. Along the way, I’ve also pushed my own limits—competing in CrossFit, running ultramarathons, and qualifying for provincial championships in powerlifting. But no matter where my journey takes me, one thing has remained constant: strength. Strength isn’t just about lifting heavy weights or running faster; it’s the bedrock of everything we do. With a solid foundation of strength, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish—physically, mentally, or beyond.
